The War of Aconi
The late king of Aconi, and father to the current King Leo
King Leonidas was a handsome man with the golden blonde hair common to most members of House Solis, and was heavily built, though quick and an expert swordsman.
King Leonidas led the kingdom’s armies in a long and drawn-out war after his father died in battle, fighting alongside his younger brother Legatus Augustus, against the war-like savages to the south, pushing them back into the frosted mountains beyond the kingdom’s lands. King Leonidas’ wife passed away in giving birth to his first son, Leo, which turned the king into a hateful man when behind closed doors, though he was loved by the people, giving them the fair rule they deserved, until when he was in his late 50s he died suddenly, allowing Prince Leo, to rise to power.
